DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS

Sydney Only & Products must be ordered by 12:00pm Sydney Australia time on required delivery day for same day delivery.

Sydney Online Florist can not guarantee if you place your order for valentines day on the day you would need to contact us via email before placing the order.

Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made during business hours (before 5pm). Deliveries to residential addresses may be made either during or after business hours.

If the order has a firm delivery time requirement or is urgent, please contact us via email so that we can advise delivery availability.

If a recipient is not home and cant be contacted then it will be left on their door.
 

Different box / ribbon colours and types, chocolates and wines may be substituted  based on availability or if a shortage occurs. Pictures may be different if certain stock runs out.

CANCELLATIONS

If cancellation is required more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation is required less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date, the order will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.
